The World Dog Federation is honored to announce the official international recognition of an exceptional collection of four unique artworks dedicated to the noble Aïdi breed, an emblem of Algerian canine heritage.

This remarkable artistic series highlights, through an aesthetic and faithful approach, the morphological qualities, natural expression, and authenticity of this ancestral breed.

Each work illustrates a particular dimension of the Aïdi, reflecting its robustness, intelligence, and historical connection to its native environment.

The first three works, already exhibited to the public, have generated considerable interest among canine specialists, international judges, and animal art enthusiasts. Their precision and educational value have made them visual references in the study and promotion of the breed.

Through this recognition, the World Dog Federation underscores the importance of art as a vehicle for preserving and transmitting breed standards and the cultural identity of dog breeds. This initiative, spearheaded locally by the URCT Kennel Club, is part of an international movement to promote native breeds and encourage artistic expressions that contribute to their recognition.

The Aïdi breed, known for its guardian qualities, loyalty, and adaptation to mountainous environments, is thus receiving unprecedented exposure, both artistically and in the canine world. The World Dog Federation reaffirms its commitment to supporting all initiatives that contribute to the promotion, preservation, and recognition of dog breeds worldwide.
